What’s known
What a listing can tell you.
Each listing comes from a structured record kept by the organisation responsible. Depending on the type of safety resource and what’s been shared, it can show:How records are built and kept current- Where it’s kept
- Its location, site, and how to reach it, including access notes where the organisation has shared them.
- Who’s responsible
- The organisation that looks after it.
- Location last confirmed
- When someone last confirmed it was there and the location and access details were right. It doesn’t confirm the equipment works.
- Last recorded inspection
- The most recent inspection date the organisation shared, or a note that none was shared.
- Cautions
- If someone reports it can’t be used or reached, a caution shows straight away while the report is reviewed. “Do not rely on it” marks equipment that is out of service or reported unavailable.
