Safety assets
Find safety assets, and see how current the details are.
Defibrillators (AEDs), first aid kits, fire extinguishers, rescue tubes and other safety equipment — with where each is kept, how to reach it and who’s responsible. Before you rely on a listing, you can see when it was last inspected and when its details were last confirmed.

Confirmed and inspected mean different things.
A listing can show both, so you can judge how much to rely on it. Neither guarantees an asset is there, reachable or working when it’s needed.Details confirmed
- What it tells you
- Someone saw the asset where the record says, and its location and access details were right.
- What it doesn’t tell you
- That the asset works.
- Who records it
- A maintainer program member with a verifier role, or a reviewer.
Last inspection
- What it tells you
- The most recent on-site inspection on record, or that none was shared.
- What it doesn’t tell you
- That the asset is ready at the moment it’s needed.
- Who records it
- The organisation responsible, sometimes with help from a maintainer program.
Cautions show straight away.If someone reports an asset can’t be used or reached, its listing shows a caution while the report is reviewed. “Do not rely on it” marks assets that are out of service or reported unavailable.
How listings stay current
Organisations, program members and the public each play a part.Register

What the public sees, and what stays private.
Organisations keep the full record in their workspace. A listing shows what helps someone find, reach and judge an asset. On a public listing
